Our Company - Emco Pressmaster (P) Ltd is one of the leading manufacturers of power presses meeting international standard & specification alongwith geometrical accuracies as per JIS B- 6402 Grade -1 Japanese Industrial Standard, Dr. Schlesinger Standard and CN Standard.
- Emco Pressmaster is an ISO – 9001- 2000 certified company and the products are “CE” certified. The existing range of presses are available in ‘C’ frame; ‘H’ frame; 4 piece straight sided construction; Ring frame; Link motion; Modified Knuckle joint, High Speed Presses etc.
- Capacity ranges vary from 10 ton to 2000 Ton. The presses are equipped with the custom built options of with geared / un-geared, fixed stroke / adjustable stroke , fixed cam / digital cam, fixed speed/ variable speed or high speed, dry clutch / wet clutch and hydraulic die clamping.
- Pressmaster manufacturers a wide range of pre-loaders, Die lifter, Die cushions, Press automation accessories like feeders Decoilers, Straighteners, choppers, etc.
- All the automation accessories operation are interlocked with the main drive of the press. The operational data is numerically programmed and operator friendly. All display viz. Shut height; crank angle; SPM; nos. of strokes, clock, etc is digital and displayed in MMI.
